Perhaps you’ve got some more tension in your neck and shoulders, or your lower back. Maybe you’ve got that migraine or herniated disc acting up. While you may be reluctant or simply can not go for that massage, or physio or do your regular exercise routine. Depending on where you live and the current situation in your area. And as we become more limited in our freedom, we’re challenged to adjust our behavior, think differently and find different solutions. In ways we normally wouldn’t imagine.

I suffered from chronic pain myself for about 10 years. I had bursitis 3 times in my shoulders. At one point I couldn’t even turn in bed without pain and I could only lay on my back, when both shoulders were inflamed – at the same time. I had chronic neck pain and frequently pain in my wrists, elbow, my low back would hurt after every long drive. I was a mess!

But once I learned the underlying cause of my pain… It all stopped. The pain was gone!

I went through a process of finding the underlying triggers – the neurological pathways – and reconditioned them… to solve it. Completely! And I now help many people successfully cure their pain. Usually structurally. Because pain is not meant to be permanent. Let me repeat that. Pain is not meant to be permanent. Your body is not out to annoy you. It’s just trying to tell you something. And now it’s time to listen.

I’m doing a live training on the mindbody connection. In it I will explain the mechanism of chronic pain and how you can overcome it. By learning from your pain. By listening to your body. Listening to the pain. Understanding it.

In addition I will discuss some tactics that may be helpful in outsmarting this crisis – and surviving and even thriving in the face of this virus. Because this is a time of challenge. To challenge yourself to outsmart this situation.
